Flowers have always been my passion. From being a little girl. My ambition was to be a florist. I started being trained to be a florist when I was 16 years old. I spent 4 years being bench trained until I went to college and spent a furthur 3 years. I was taught more about construction and the artistry within floristry. It was a tough 3 years and I was still working as a junior florist at the same time. It took over 7 years of training to be a florist before I could call myself one. I am a Good Florist Guide Member. This is by invitation only. A panel of high quality florists deem if your work is good enough to be recognised. A florists learning never stops.
