Sun Flowers have big bold beautiful heads and are a happy flower and pollen free from the florist

Sun Flowers are a happy summer flower with multiple varieties to choose from. Sun Flowers are also purchased for a variety of reasons, but Sun Flowers are mainly purchased from florists because of their aesthetic appeal because they have big bold flowers with generally one flower per stem.

Sun Flowers have a very moderate to light scent and tend not to have any pollen when purchased from florists and are a very good gift for those that have allergies.

The Sunflower originates or primarily was found in North America and cultivated from a bush into a single-headed and more colourful plant. The indigenous North American Indians had already cultivated the sunflower into red, white, and black with a black-striped strain. This had already reached seed status and would be considered by then and now as a domesticated flower.  However, the Indians were cultivating a crop because it was used within their lives for floral medication, food, dyes for fabric, and into building materials.

Thus, the flower like so many we see in flower markets, started off its life, to sustain human life and not just a domestic flower with aesthetic appeal.
